- Every piece designed by Samantha Zhang was made to be treasured. If for any reason you're not head over heels with the garment you receive, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly.
- If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Samantha Zhang Online. This is at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending out the new garment to you.
- 'Sale' is our favourite four-letter word too, so we'll even accept returns for garments you purchased at sale prices.
